A multi-national corporation used an existing Lotus Notes application to survey a client's business and determine potential opportunities. The application allowed no cross-year or cross-client comparison, required intensive administration effort and the technology was being superseded.
The company approached Hyperware to help them design, develop and implement a Microsoft .NET System to streamline the operation and lessen administrative burden .
Hyperware combined their understanding of Lotus Notes and Microsoft .NET to convert the existing hierarchical system to a more robust relational system with lower administration overheads. We also identified and implemented key improvements to allow cross-year and cross-company comparisons and bought in additional administrator-defined metadata to enable additional comparisons moving forward.
